Support, billing and privacy

Email contact@autosubtitlegenerator.io for support, billing questions or privacy requests. This is the support address for Auto Subtitle Generator at autosubtitlegenerator.io.

Help us find the problem

For an upload, editing or export problem, include the project identifier, your browser, the approximate time and what you expected to happen. If you are using ChatGPT or Claude, tell us which app you connected. You do not need to send the video itself to start a support conversation.

Protect your account

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card numbers or private download links. If investigating a problem requires a file, we will discuss that with you first.
