Information processed
The service processes account details when you sign in, uploaded video and extracted audio, generated transcripts and caption settings, operational logs, product analytics, and subscription status. Payment-card details are handled by the billing provider rather than stored by this application.
Why it is used
Information is used to create and save projects, transcribe speech, render exports, enforce plan limits, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, understand product performance, and administer subscriptions.
Media retention
Guest projects are retained for 24 hours. Signed-in Free projects are retained for 7 days, and Starter projects for 90 days. Deleting a project starts removal of its stored project media and records.
Service providers and requests
Specialized infrastructure, transcription, authentication, analytics, storage, and billing providers process only the information needed for their role. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information through the support channel published with the service, subject to legal and security requirements.
