Refund policy.
Subscriptions can be canceled for future renewal. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances below and any rights required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless a refund or chargeback changes the plan sooner.
Billing mistakes
Report duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a charge that you do not recognize as soon as possible. Include enough transaction information for the billing record to be located, but never send complete payment-card details.
Refund review
Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where a confirmed billing or service failure justifies a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional processing time.
Effect of a refund
When a subscription is refunded or charged back, paid-plan access may end immediately. Existing files remain downloadable for a short grace period before normal Free-plan retention applies.
